The highlight of any visit to Penguin Island is encountering the world’s smallest and cutest penguins. The island is home to Western Australia’s largest colony of little penguins. These fascinating and naturally shy birds spend most of the daylight hours at sea feeding or hidden away in their burrows. To ensure that everyone can enjoy a penguin encounter, the Dept. of Environment and Conservation host three daily penguin feeds at the Discovery Centre at 10.30am, 12.30 and 2.30pm- the kids will love it!
